BoB Snapdeal CC Reward Points Not Credited

My BoB Snapdeal CC statement was generated today, and I observed that reward points were earned for this month. They are all showing as redeemed, but there is no reward point redemption from my side. Also, there is one UPI transaction for which reward points are not credited.

BoBcard support is pathetic, they have no clue about this topic apart from frequently disconnecting the call.

Thanks for easing my worry. What about UPI transaction on which I didn't get reward points?

There might be some technical issue from their side. Reward points were redeemed in my statement too, but nothing was adjusted in the card statement.They will make adjustments in an upcoming statement. if not, later raise a complaint for the same

Wait for 2 or 3 days, and it will automatically be redeemed to your card account. You can check it in the BOB Card app.

Personalized/non-merchant upi transactions are not eligible for reward points.
