Let me start by saying that BoB didn't even send me an email or SMS for the monthly statement. I knew the bill was due yesterday, so I opened the app and requested a duplicate statement to be emailed to me.
This is the statement for the virtual Snapdeal RuPay card which was offered to me as an additional card for my BoB Premier. When I opened the attached statement, to my utter surprise, the reward points earned from the transactions this month are shown as redeemed!
Given that there needs to be at least 500 points to initiate a request for redemption, it is impossible that those 72 points somehow got redeemed. All 72 of which were earned in the same billing cycle.
