BoB Snapdeal CC Reward Points Not Credited

My BoB Snapdeal CC statement was generated today, and I observed that reward points were earned for this month. They are all showing as redeemed, but there is no reward point redemption from my side. Also, there is one UPI transaction for which reward points are not credited.

BoBcard support is pathetic, they have no clue about this topic apart from frequently disconnecting the call.

The reward points are credited now. I had emailed customer support and they said it was due to a technical glitch

Getting less than 5 rs in cashback last 2-3 months even when my spends are around 10k on UPI. This card is done and dusted. I regret closing my LTF HPCL card. Now i want to close this card and should have kept the HPCL card for card offers.

I never got hpcl LTF offer. will close this card. Maybe then will get it.
