SBI SimplyClick reward points redeemed without my knowledge

Im using SBI SimplyClick credit from quite a long time. In Dec 2023 statement i see my reward points are 4566:


But in Jan 2024 statement, i see 3909 points redeemed (without my knowledge) suddenly. Infact, I didn't raise any request for redemption:


Can we raise request with customer care to know what happened? Or if any body already faced this, please explain what's gone wrong.

Check if you have any transactions labelled statement db forefeit

If you have used card for instant bank discount then you won't be eligible for reward points. They take it back after 2-3 months..

Same for me, read the last four lines of this email. They have heavily devalued this card.
NeedI a suggestion for a better card to replace this.

In one billing cycle i consumed aprox 2k only amd found 600 points credited, later next bill me kaat diya sab

In 2016/2018, i got headphones, myntra voucher etc on spend based offer
After 2018 never recieved it
Milestone also stopped receiving after 2018. Har baar milestone (1L-2L) hone pr inko mail kro then escalate karo, usko baad ye Cleartrip voucher dete hai. Aur bolte technical failt hai varna auto send hota hai ye sab.
