One BoB agent told me to apply offline if NTB, and only apply online if you have any existing relationship with the bank.

The current application seems to be declined, can be applied again offline? No cool off period?

In BOB Cards case, I've seen offline should be preferred even if one is existing customer.... the branch people put additional comments/documentation that helps bypass verifications..... The offline method is bit irritating though (sharing docs over email/whatsapp, etc)
