Coincidentally, it got delivered yesterday on the occasion of Women's Day!

How's the process @R@J from application to approval.

@Anupama_Jha The process was lengthy (just like eterna)...unlike what others mentioned for Premier or Easy...took around 25 days in getting approvals.

I've shared the application steps in other thread...summarizing it for everyone's reference in this Tiara thread:

Application process followed:
- Channel - Offline through semi-urban branch (tier 2/3 city). Branch guy was facing issues in their portal, so coordinated with Regional Office lady and applied through her.
- Docs shared : Pan, unmasked Aadhar, BOB bank account number (non-salary, avg balance 10-20K), last 1 month Airtel Axis CC statement (limit 3 Lakh). Regional office lady later asked for - 2 month salary slip and 3 month salary bank statement (salary was above required threshold, cibil ~780)
- Docs shared over whatsapp/mail. Physical presence was not needed (as existing customer). EKYC done through Aadhar OTP when regional office lady was applying on their system.
- Earlier branch guy was saying to apply as C2C.....but looks like the RO lady applied as Salaried, with income docs instead of Axis card statement.
- Was told that verification call would come in 7-10 days. however, ultimately no verification was done (neither call, nor home/office)

Timelines:
Card applied: 14 Feb
Salary slip asked : 15 Feb
Followed up multiple time with branch/RO person for verification call. Dropped a mail at CRM asking status, escalated their reply specifically asking for TAT for card application processing on 1 march. Got reply that it is under final steps of processing.
Approval status on website: 3 March
Got SMS on approval: 5 March
Delivered by Bluedart: 8 March (Women's Day 🙂 )

@Anupama_Jha missed your other question - It was 1st BOB card for her. She had other bank cards though (Axis airtel, Millenia). Limit given on Tiara is least of all cards.

@kuchbhi Hehe.....sure, will try to get some pics..... else, will share in 3-4 days when I go home myself.... Family members are not CC freaks, but they liked the box and packaging (it was different than the normal envelope packaging)

@Abhishek012 , @noobdipesh : True... Eterna has majorly spend based/ reward point related benefits..... whereas Tiara has non-spend based benefits (vouchers on Rupay portal)
