BOB VKYC issue

I have been waiting for an hour on position 1 in the queue, first I was on 15th position which was reducing with time so I thought people were doing KYC, turn out they were just leaving after wasting time just like me and my position was reducing till I got to 1st and then kept waiting. What was your estimate and can you suggest a time to do kyc? icici or hdfc kyc is instant even on Sunday but BOB is gov so its really unreliable.

dude its not about queue I was 1st on waiting list, its just that there is no gov guy to do your kyc :/ it closes at 9.30pm

Are you sure it was 10 PM ? So they have employees working at night time
