Current process is book on website or call and use the voucher while checkout.

If bookings can be made on Neu app using the Amex voucher, this could be a huge driver for bookings.
Cherry on top would be:

• Book on Neu using voucher
• Remaining amount paid via Neu infinity/Neu points - Offers/cashback on this amount paid

As of now it’s possible to book through Gift Card through IHCL app but not Neu App. Best course of action is to book through Neu app if it’s a revenue booking if one has Neu/Infinity Card or go through IHCL app (apart from the obvious website/central reservation channels) if it’s through Gift Card.
