BPCL Vouchers via Amex

BPCL Vouchers seem to have been removed from Reward Multiplier.
Is there any way to purchase BPCL Vouchers specifically from any other site?
On gyftr it seems to only accept UPI for BPCL vouchers.
Any Pointers?

I'll buy bpcl vouchers from SBI gyftr using cashback card and get 5% cashback in the same

HP Petrol pumps (majority of them) accept AMEX, and don't levy any surcharge. Do you not have any HP outlet near you? or is there any issue in acceptability.

You can buy IOCL fuel vouchers from Park+ app. They do accept AMEX without any surcharge and MR points are credited as well.

Acceptability issue. Card gets declined everywhere.
