bug in HDFC app? tier downgraded temporarily

preferred tier account here. i opened my hdfc app in the morning and created a small fd. after that i realised that it was showing my account as Standard tier. i took a screenshot and was about to send this to their team. but i logged in again and it is showing Preferred again.
anybody else faced this issue?

It happens.. sometimes but it gets fixed in next time we login.
So I think nothing to worry about.

Add to @gurubhai said, I had faced similar issues @times, the top banner will go away and it will show after next logins.

It is always better to avoid doing anything at the night hours, as Banks do run their batch jobs or so, for reconcile. Though it shouldn't effect but won't be in a stable state
