I'm trying for an MSME loan to start a healthcare business. But most of the banks are trying to push personal loan instead of MSME loan.
How difficult it is to get approval for a MSME loan upto 5cr?

When you take loan you give banks business. All they want is comfortable level where they can be very much sure that their money is safe with you. So they always give loan to people who are least in need of it. Try to show them that you already have money and this loan won't make a major change to you. Banks check various ratios before giving loan.
1 Liquid ratio
2. Owners fund ratio
3. Turnover ratio(inventory and debtors)
4. Others.
Mine is msme upto 1 cr at 8.25 %. If my books improve they can go upto 8%. With 50% collateral. In Cosmos cooperative bank.

I personally don't get any subsidy. My capital investment is negligible. My business majorly needs working capital

When did you took loan, my father applied for MSME loan in BOB of 96 lacs, after loan approval, it is giving him @ 11.80%

My father applied loan, and bank want guarantor, so father added my name as guarantor, now today i checked my cibil, and it shows enquiry for BOB Business secured loan, although i am just guarantor, is this normal? We still not finalized whether to take loan or not?

Yes, as a guarantor it will reflect in your Cibil and is normal. Secured loan as there will be hypothecation of stocks and book debts.

It will take 6-9 months for MSME loan in health care depending upons bank.
I have taken MSME loan for hospital in cooperative bank.

Yes, as a guarantor it will reflect in your Cibil and is normal. Secured loan as there will be hypothecation of stocks and book debts.

But hope it will not impact my cibil, as i am not directly associated with it.

Yes, It will in case of any default. Please keep sanction letter always with you, which should clearly mentioned that you are only a guarantor
