Usually after 45 days. You should have got an email along with the order confirmation email with the subject "You just won rewards on your purchase!". Exact redemption commencement date will me mentioned in that email.
For my order on Mar 1, it is showing April 17

But wait period to redeem the free gift is a trick these reliance guys are playing, people will tempt to buy because of the gifts but some will forget to redeem it after so many days gap. Again some are saying stock issues.
Atleast for non returnable products like gold coins they should give options to reedem free gift as soon as it's delivered.
