btw is there any guarantee that company will 100% buyback all shares or is it like ipo ?

u need to start a buyback group & make some moolah

am not sure if creating a group works for this , there are many twitter channels and site which I mentioned above , they have up to date info

if you hold and apply for one unit of stock for buyback 99.99% of the time it gets brought back by the company because it is accepted generally on ratio basis eg 8:2 , so one unit would fit in any ratio declared by the company.

Guys beware!!

Now buyback income is taxable.😞😞
Till last Financial Year it was tax free!!

So if a person falls in 30% Slab, this is not much beneficial now!!😤😤
