How to buy bank siezed car !
Is there any employee of bank give some light on this.
I saw Mahindra finance.selling 2nd hand Scorpio .i guess it must be bank siezed ..

There are portals to buy seized vehicles and items at customs etc. I'm not aware of the actual domain itself. Even the bank announces these auctions you can go and buy them as well

Never bought anything from these but I believe knowing someone at the bank might help you in "ways" with the auction.

Register in MSTC e-commerce site

Deposit the EMD at least one day before the Auction date

Deposit the rest amount within 7 days of successful bid

Keys Handover
Sale Certificate

Submit the Form-36 at RTO

Ownership of the vehicle will be changed to the Bank

Submit the Form 29 & Form 30 at RTO
