Amy one have experience with Chetak or buying vehicle from Flipkart

Smooth experience.

But before placing order, just call the dealership once and confirm model and color availability and ask if they still honor Flipkart orders or not.

Only RTO charges. Buy insurance yourself (prefer go digit or acko) with all add ons.

They may insist/demand some processing fee or whatever - 1/2% of ex-showroom. Don't pay a single rupee........

I bought hero pleasure plus on December 2023. Though it is not EV.
There can be multiple dealership in your city, so go to the showroom and negotiate regarding the accessories. Then ask them if you can book through flipkart. Some dealers are not listed on Flipkart.
Then place the order. Once showroom receives the order, they will ready your vehicle.
Whole process took me 4-5 hours. Came home with the scooter. Also got accessories such as seat cover, handle cover, helmet etc.
I did pay the registration and insurance charges in cash.
