Yes you can. Till the time you have sufficient (100% of product cost) Amazon pay balance in you account, you can use it to purchase anything on amazon.

Note: Amazon pay balance cannot be used partially with any other payment mode.

I want handy and lightweight phone thats why 16 pro.
I can wait for 17 also but apple planning to use own modem and wifi chips ditching QCOM BCOM so dont want to buy 17

US variants do not have a sim card slot, mm wave antennas (5G+ - Useless in India at the moment) and India centric language features. This is major, since both 1,3 could be limiting factors in India.

I'm still confused whether I need the 16 Pro or not, for context, I'm using a 6T for the last 7 years and I thought when 10K phones are coming with 120hz, if we upgrade why not get the "Pro", but my friends who have apple say, get a base 16 and an apple watch to notch up the experience much better

Whats best way to buy? I saw couple of people saying claiming warranty is problem sometimes .

I bought a 14 Pro Max from USA some years ago. Bought it in New Orleans from the Apple Store. At the airport there is a Tax Refund Counter where you can submit the bill and get a refund of the tax paid. They don't give the entire amount as a small amount is taken as charges. Even if you don't get a tax refund, its still cheaper than India.

Apple comes with international warranty so there shouldn't be any problem in claiming that.

To get it tax free, there are certain US states where there's zero sales tax. If he buys from these, there won't be any tax.

Otherwise just get the refund at the airport or some tax refund centre. Usually every city has at least one somewhere

FYI: As of date the cheapest price is in Dubai. You can get it for around 90k.

After buying my 14 Pro Max in the US, I picked up one in Dubai for almost the same price. I bought the US Version (Both E-Sims)
