How are you folks able to pay for Youtube or any other Google Play subscription through GV? I've not been able to get Google to use GVs so far, even for my Android app subscriptions it insists on using cards/UPI directly. Any help would be awesome!

You first need to load Google Play balance to your account using Play GV. Then only it'll show option to pay via Google play balance.
