I tried to apply kotak iocl card online but it terminates in error. Recieved the call from agent but says they want to give dream different card against FD. i declined and said i already have other credit card and very good cibil score of 795. but she said sorry IOCL is not available. can i try applying offline. i already have their 811 account and using it for last4 years. any one have any experience regarding this.
