Can I get ICICI Times Black if I have an ITR of 16 Lakh?

I know that the income requirement for the card is 24 LPA, but in my experience these criteria are flexible through some jugaad or good relations with the bank. Can anyone share their experience where they have secured this card even when they did not meet the income criteria?
