Can Rupay Add on cards be added by any UPI apps?

Just wanted to know if I get rupay add on card for my spouse, can it be added to her gpay account or any other upi app?

As you are asking for sbi, I assume it should be possible as the card number is different (and has different registered mobile number too) but do not have such experience

Same should be for Axis too but not possible in hdfc as addon cards has same card number as primary and so, only 1 registered mobile number..
