HDFC Credit Cards Can someone explain this reason for rejection?

I fail to understand the reason. I applied for Swiggy card online under LTF offer and also completed the VKYC. Got this email today.

My understanding physical verfication failed, if already have HDFC card simply drop a mail for reconsideration. If not, then you must have missed contact/ those verfication people, so drop a mail again for reconsideration and let them know your availability.

If it is their mistake, then also have to drop a mail and let them know the reason.
