Can someone share the hands on experience with DBS Spark 20X credit card?

I am interested about DBS spark 20x credit card. Having Savings a/c with them. Can someone in the group who are using Spark 20x credit card, post the hands on experience about it? ( like reward fullfilment, any utility bill payemt fee (all other banks charging 1% for 50K bill amount), redemption options, customer care support etc..). No proper information in their website & also no bank employee also has proper info.

I have it.
i have not used it a lot. It is 1 of the rare cards which still has domestic lounge without any spends criteria.
I like it for offers (Zomato/Swiggy, others) and have not used it for much except smaller transactions. I have it for a year or more already.
Sorry cant help much because not enouggh points and nothing redeemed yet

They offered the card LTF as existing Acct holder. Use the card only for lounge benefits and for direct discount offers. Reward plan is not that good so do not bother.
