Can we convert Digismart Card to LTF?

Hi All, one of my family members is using StanC Digismart card from last 2 years & the current credit limit is 2.95L.
I see that they charge 49 per month as fees, which typically translates to 600 annual fees. Is there a way where wee can request for conversion of this card to LTF? They have a Salary account with StanC, 2 years old.

Just place a request to close the card, the retention team will make it LTF
