It is true. But be prepared to pay upwards of 3% in charges. Mobikwik is the wallet

And there are high chances that AMEX might notice if u regularly do yhis

Absolutely manufacturing spends is not a good idea at all - if they see repeat payments for wallet load with high amounts - they might do FR and cancel accounts with them.

What if I use for rent payment(Load Mobikwik wallet and Bank transfer to landlord, 35,000 p.m.). Will they still block my card?

but if you do it every month for 12 months in a year, then it will establish a sequence which can be detected

If American Express cancels or closes your card, you cannot even apply for it again, because they stopped issuing new cards
