visa/mastercard wrong mcc code merchant name will open, also wealth account Rs3219.96 extra fee for visa/mastercard to get 50k monthly rewards. huge charges.

Apply firstap RuPay card, within 24hrs to max 48hrs virtual card number will generate.

Use on phonepe app cc bill payment and save Rs3219.96 extra fee every month using firstap RuPay debit card (wealth account).

yes- you are correct with respect to charges, I made some CC payment yesterday with IDFC wealth - Visa card --- they are charging fees around ~0.5% ( made payment for 76595, phonepe charged 77055)

Extra fee is not the debit card fee it's the charges by phonepe for using visa dc

and one more thing i did the trans at 11.20 pm 22/03/2025 but in the account statement it showing 23/03/2025 (no time given in statement)

so will i be able to do transaction today again or not

Ya, charges is 0.6% something.

use Firstap RuPay variant, no extra charges and get same rewards + 10x rewards as your wealth account reward rate.

Use phonepe app or freecharge. No extra charges for virtual RuPay debit card.

You can also pay via Billdesk website on bank official billdesk website.

Amex and SCB CC bill also supported via billdesk website.

Yes u can open a new account but it will be under the same CIF
