Can we transfer Credit limit of one card to another in SBI

Hi,

I do have an SBI elite credit card with high limit, and I do have SBI cash back credit card. Can I transfer balance from elite to cash back.

I have tried by calling and it's just done on call very easily even though I did it many like almost 5 or more but never found any in app option

After how much time I can transfer my limit from one SBI card to another? Today I asked CS to transfer limit from my SimplyClick to BPCL but instead he transferred from BPCL to SimplyClick complete opposite. Then he tried again to correct his mistake but system declined it. How much time I have to wait so I can transfer again?
