Can we use multiple credit cards to pay on "Tax pay" [ITR portal]

1) As the title says, I found tax dues pending while filing ITR. The dues are above my credit card limit for all cards individually; So is it possible to pay some amount by one CC and remaining by 2nd CC ?
2) I also saw that transaction charges of credit card on SBI payment gateway is showing like "Not Applicable". So does it mean zero charges

You will have 2 or more tax challans for 2 or more separate transactions

Yes, its possible in advance tax i have done it. How to do it - ask a CA.
