What specifically you want to know about RSDC?

It's not offered with Aspire A/c & all SAs are eligible for Select DC except BSBDA/PMJDY...but it wouldn't be free upto 28 years of age.

Issuance fee is 0 but Annual fees is 1000+GST.

yes I hold Canara bank aspire accoutn with both rupay platinum millenial and rupay select debit card. Platinum is free while select is only fyf then 1000+gst (infact every debit card in canara is fyf)

Someone mentioned RSDC is FYF with a no-issuance charge
All the benefits quarterly/annually except OTT?
