Cannot get delights debit card on IndusInd exclusive account?

I tried applying for delights debit card, could not do it through mobile banking, contacted IndusInd on twitter and got the following response:
"Dear customer we wish to inform you that Delight card is issued only on Indus Delight online savings account Hence Delight debit card option will not be available for your account. You can only apply debit card debit which will be available as per your account variant."
how to get that debit card, or someone can recommend similar card giving 5-10% on dining spends (not including eazydiner)
