i have made fuel transaction of ₹2000 twice this month and got 200 reward points but when I try to redeem i am getting this error, attached the screenshot. Am I missing something here?

Is it because of less points or some issue from the bank end? Cashback is always king, don't think so indus moments will be worth.

Minimum 500 points have to be in yout bank for redemption

Min 500 and try from net banking not app,in app there is only voucher option,in net banking you will get cashback option too

Bank was suppossed to refund the 499 only,and not the 18% GST part.

Wait so GST comes out to be ₹90 on ₹499. GST is not reversed on fees reversal of this DC? Utna ₹90 cashback bhi milne mein time lagega. ₹2000 ka dining ya fuel pe ₹100 milega. But I guess with BOGO benefits, it's recovered easily

ocasionally this error comes for me as well, try after 1-2 days or later

I did both, spent 50K and also maintained 50K, they reversed the debit card issuance charges along with GST.

I opened this account in Sep'24 and got my debit card fee reversed in Jan'25. So the offer is active even after Mar'24.
