Cannot pay for digital purchase in Amazon with Millenia CC

I have HDFC Millenia CC and with that I cannot make payment with this credit card for buying Amazon gift card. The account I am trying is my sister's account with currently prime free trial activated. But, in my own amazon account I can buy Amazon e-gift cards without any issue with the same Millenia card. With my sister's account, it shows The card has been added to your Wallet but will not be available for use for this purchase. This error has not been occurring for physical products but only for 'digital delivery' and only in my sister's account. Any reasons for this?

No, I let it past the trial period and Prime is now activated (student offer). I can purchase using this card without any issue.

I do not know the cause for original problem.

Yes. Same boat.
I bought 30K in vouchers from my dad's account and loaded it into my account for insurance. Tried to buy today and no dice. Ive only bought 14K from my account in vouchers in the last 2 months.
