Can't I use iMobile app for APAY Card without ICICI Bank Account?

I've taken Amazon Pay ICICI card 2 months back. However, i couldn't register on iMobile app. While I've approached Customer Care over phone, initially they have raised a service request, but nothing happened. Later, they've informed that I should visit branch.

When I visited the branch, they told that without ICICI Account, i can't use iMobile.

Is it the case? If so, how can I get the statements and other options related to card? In Amazon app, I've limited control options.

The page is not opening. I've the internet banking login details as I earlier had Pockets app. However, even after logging in, i can't see my credit card nor i can register the APAY Card.

You can use iMobile with just CC relationship..

I'm getting this error saying that my mobile number is not registered. I've confirmed with the branch they my mobile number is registered and all my OTPs, messages are being received with my number.

Yes, it is not even showing me such option. It is asking me to enter Debit Card or Netbanking details.

This solved the issue! After 2 days of calls from ICICI Bank, finally they have updated the mobile numbers in their records and the issue is solved. Thanks for the tip 🙂
