can't link kotak rupay credit card on BHIM UPI

Iam not able to link Kotak IOCL rupay card to Bhimupi, pls answer if any body facing the same

Do you have multiple CRN of KOTAK bank??

If yes, then you can't link your rupay card to any bhim UPI app.

I have kotak league rupay card sing June 2023 with multiple CRN,
When I raised complaint about this, they gave me tareekh of Nov. 23,
that in nov 23, customer who have multiple CRN can use UPI app

Then tareekh pe tareekh 😤

So I give up,

As I am using TATANEU RUPAY card more frequently as it was more beneficial
