Can't see 'Request Add-On Card' in Actions

Hi,

I have recently (2 days) got my DCB Metal card and I don't have a savings bank account with HDFC so, I am logging into 'Credit Card only? Login here' portal. Now, I want to apply for an Add-On card for my family member who has an HDFC customer ID. But, the problem is I don't see the option of 'Request Add-On Card' in the Actions tab.

I spoke to customer care too, they are also clueless that the option is not available, they are saying it should be there.

Help, please. PFA Actions tab options.

You may submit documents at branch. Family member not required at branch, but attested copies and signature from them is required.
