Kotak reject most of the applications for Zen. Not easily approved. They even approved shitty White card but rejected Zen application for me. Had to cancel coz it was not LTF.

Kotak reject most of the applications for Zen. Not easily approved. They even approved shitty White card but rejected Zen application for me. Had to cancel coz it was not LTF.

I have a 5 year old account with them. I am using it regularly and also maintaining good balance also but they never offer any cc till last week. Last week I get a pre approved offer for white card. I send a mail to confirm if it’s LTF or paid, they send reply that kotak doesn’t offer LTF. Next morning they call me and offer Zen as LTF. The application is approved in 3 hours and Digital card issued in app next day.
