can any one tell me which out of these gives rewards on tax payments?
Got to pay some advance before 15th June

DCB wont give you any points on Govt transactions as per the devaluation few months back. ICICI Amazon pay ideally should give as excluded spends are EMI and Fuel spends only. SBI cashback will be No again. Not sure about rest of the cards

DCB/Infinia would have been best option, if it gave points (and milestone benefit also).

But right now Magnus seems best bet, as u will get points as well as milestone benefits.

I think even Flipkart or Ace will give 1.5/2% cb.

Also, maybe bob snapdeal card is good option with UPI, as there will be no charges and it will give 1% points.

Thanks. Can anyone confirm if Amazon pay gives Rewards for government transactions

Tata Neu HDFC Infinity via UPI if available will give 1.5% with no transaction changes via Canara / Kotak payment gateway.

Can anyone confirm if we can make tax payments using Tata Neu cards over UPI. Even if we can, there's still that daily limit of 1L for UPI payments or something. So I don't know if it's feasible.

Any expert opinions?

I still think if Tata Neu is not giving any rewards on Government transactions then using UPI also it will not give. I don't know if there will be different mcc if used this card via upi.

No reward points for an offline transaction done at POS terminal through AmazonPay CC as the transaction was classified under TaxPayment category.

(Funny part is that the card was swiped for buying beer at a government authorised wine shop and not for tax payment.)

I guess since most of the price is tax, it was thought of as tax payment 🙃

Has anyone tried Snapdeal on UPI for this? Or for NPS? Is it indeed free - and rewarding on top of that?
