Received in 2 of 4 HDFC CCs. Anyone else got this? Can the TP membership be clubbed with the earlier VISA offer?

I received the email for HDFC Infinia card in which last 4 digit of the card number is also mentioned but when I am trying to redeem it using the same card, it shows that its not available !!

EDIT:

One of my friend purchased version of Times Prime and he confirmed that he has Disney+ for 6 month available in his subscription.
So the Visa offer code is not providing Disney+

I have free disney+hotstar membership from d2h. No charges
