Card suggetion for Lucknow Airport lounge

Indusind legend CC vs Indusind tiger CC vs AU ixigo CC
I don't have any indusind or AU credit card. I want a card for lounge access in Lucknow Airport without any spend based criteria and LTF or low maintenance and easy approval.
Which CC should I apply first?

I live in Lucknow. I can confirm that ICICI has the shittiest cards.
In LKO airport, both ICICI Sapphiro and MMT cobranded cards didnt work.
Though, I have met the airport lounge access criteria previous month the customer care didnt help in this regard. They were clueless.
