Are you transferring a lot from paytm wallet to bank? If yes, that's the reason it has increased.

I haven’t verified apay personally, but I have read in this forum at multiple places it gives 1%. Try and let us know if they don’t.

It does give 1 percent. Try loading from 3rd party connected merchants though as Paytm has its own charges for wallet load through CC otherwise.

Do remember for most credit cards you would be paying more in terms of transaction fee which is 3% than the rewards you get unless you have a super premium card its not worth it in most cases
