When there is no credit card offer and I want to purchase something, I usually use card with high reward rate. But by doing this I often missed the opportunity to get more reward rate with Quarterly/Annual milestone benefits with other cards.

It's like I use card with 3.3% reward rate compared to 1.2% because I get instant high reward rate but if I waited and when crossed certain spends on that low 1.2%, it can give me 6.2%.

In this post, I try to gather or know about certain cards which provides better reward rate with Quarterly/Annual milestone benefits.

I found amex plat travel to be best if your spends are 3-4 lakhs annually

On my PSB SBI Prime, LTF card I get 1000₹ Pizza Hut Vouchers every quarter on spending 50,000. HDFC Millennia gives 1000₹ voucher on spending 1 lakh per quarter (Haven't tried it yet)
My Kotak League give 4000 points which is converted to 1000 cash every six months on spending 1.25 lakhs (Good for UPI spends)

Wife is using SBI Elite. She gets below milestone benifits
SBI Elite Card:
* Spend Rs. 3 Lakh and Rs. 4 Lakh: Earn 10,000 bonus reward points each.
* Spend Rs. 5 Lakh: Earn 15,000 bonus reward points.
* Spend Rs. 8 Lakh: Earn an additional 15,000 bonus reward points.
* Spend Rs. 10 Lakh: Get a reversal of the previous year's annual fee.
SBI Elite Advantage Card:
* Spend Rs. 3 Lakh and Rs. 4 Lakh: Earn 10,000 bonus reward points each.

MRCC if you spend 2L per year.

DCB(or even better Infinia) if you can spend 16L per year.

A combo of all 3 works as well depending on your expenses.
