Just dial will work, but dont know what is happening within HSBC. As per some internal report a guy has complained RBI and banks about the same and every other merchant and bank is on their way to close the loop, even tho some banks like HDFC knowingly do that.

2% for just dial. It can convert into a loss if HSBC denies, but hardly people use Just dial because of 2% so chances are high getting cb

But I think if we can confirm MCC, we can give it a try..but biggest painpoint with HSBC is there's no visibility of cashback until it comes after 2 months

true, please check MCC with small transaction. Once you have confirmed the MCC, go ahead.
