Cash/Card for Europe trip

Hello,
I will be traveling to Europe for 10 day. What's the recommended option for using cash there (I will try to minimize cash usage).

1. Take cash from India
2. Take Dollars from India and get them exchanged there (If cash is not used much, I can use dollars later)
3. Take Rupee from India and get it exchanged there
4. Withdraw cash from Debit card. I have an HDFC and Kotak Bank debit card
5. I also hold a Diners black credit card and a Scapia card.

In all Europe mostly use cash by EURO.
