CC Bill payment successful on SBI unipay but not reflected in card account

Hi, I have done a 23k bill payment on 5-nov to my PNB CC on Unipay. trxn was successful but no msg received from the CC. neither that amount was reflected.. usually it is credited instantly. after that I tried a 10rs payment and that is reflected to my cc..
Can anyone pls suggest whom and where to reach out? I tried emailing SBI unipay but mail is bouncing.
