For me also it's showing 97% where as all payments were done in time.

Check the report that younget in email.
One month was "not reported" for Zomato card for me.
I guess you guys might have the same issue

From above posts, having 0%, 8%, 18% credit utilization is showing only Good. Then what % is Excellent !!?
