Update - I forget to share Daily Ebixcash wallet load limit is 5k (i dnt know any changes or not).

Check the status of kyc on ebixcash website. There it is mention why kyc rejected. Correct that and do kyc again. My kyc also rejected first time and in status it is mention to correct address as per adhar. After correcting address, kyc successful.

EbixCash ka customer support wallet se jyada baaki products per concentrated h. Bass SBI wale flag na karde ye transactions ko.

Iski video dekhr tension m subhe 1 transaction karna pad gaya. Pata nahi kab sab band ho jaye. mera last refund bhi pending h abhi tak fir bhi ek or transaction karna pad gaya!

All I will say wait for 2 working days at least. Then complaint. In these 2 days if EbixCash do not claim the wallet load amount, it will get returned and you will get another email from CCAvenue about refund issued and refund will come in 1 working day.

Bilkul aisa hi hua.

20th July 12:08 AM per transaction fail hui
22nd July 5:42 PM per CCAvenue se refund initiated ka email aa gaya

Hamesha Ebix ki website se hi transaction karna. Acchi baat ye h ki CCAvenue wali transaction details se related email bhejte h debit/credit dono ka. Or inka customer support bhi sahi laga mujhe, turant response mil jata h.

You can pay upto 1 lakh using Ebixcash Wallet UPI per transaction per day but you can load 5k per day on Ebixcash wallet.
