Note - first time wallet load and try Rs1, if successfully send through UPI then try big amount. My mini kyc account not working send money through UPI. Maybe because mini kyc account or another reason should be Ebixcash Wallet UPI is not fully live yet.

Update - I forget to share Daily Ebixcash wallet load limit is 5k (i dnt know any changes or not).

if anyone's full kyc is rejected read this, one guy told this -

Check the status of kyc on ebixcash website. There it is mention why kyc rejected. Correct that and do kyc again. My kyc also rejected first time and in status it is mention to correct address as per adhar. After correcting address, kyc successful.

Different error coming in Ebix upi---FAILED TO VALIDATE UPI ADDRESS...

Yes, the error has changed. It now processes for a while and then gives the error of "Failed to validate Address".

Being a Backend dev, my assumption is:- They fixed the broken UPI functionality from their end, however, the service which validates the receiver UPI and their own wallet UPI is still broken. Hence this error.

The mobile_number@ebixcash virtual address is the one going in the "pending" status. Earlier it's status was "failure"

From how transactions work, it must be a queue system they would have implemented on their server.. All those messages which were stuck or payments which were stuck would be getting cleared one by one depending upon the load on server. Once the load of all the previous pending messages is cleared, then I guess it should start working again.


You can check this in the Transactions History in the 'others' tab.


Update 1: after 20-30 mins, the status is again now going to "failure". The devs must be working on it.
