Check the status of kyc on ebixcash website. There it is mention why kyc rejected. Correct that and do kyc again. My kyc also rejected first time and in status it is mention to correct address as per adhar. After correcting address, kyc successful.

the same way if you transact using either EDC or signature, it is considered as rotation with respect to bank account not card, hence blocking of account may take place.
card is just a medium, bank account is the end point.

But why would it make sense to do so from their pov? debit cards have fixed mdr afaik, they could have at worst added convenience fee to offset that instead of completely removing the option

They may bring it back after correction of mcc or by introducing some charges .

Guys yesterday I made 2 transactions to wallet 4.8k and 4k.

Both got success from bank (amount debited) but not credited in Ebix wallet.

Anyone faced this? If yes, then in how many days amount refunded?
