CC to Paytm Wallet loading via Uber not working

Branch X is still working or patched bcoz I added money 2.5k stuck in gateway 2.5k trying to remove it shows in wallet but says insufficient balance and doesn't let me remove it

Somehow Paytm knows I m trying for wallet loading using CC

That's y I got 2.35% CB upto 300 and 3.35% upto 300 in wallet offers section

I will use them fr this month 🤑

I tried loading via credit card TDY

It is showing convenience charges of 3.35% instead of 2.35%

I thought first time add money in month
via CC is 2.35%
2nd transaction via CC is 3.35%

Am i correct or wrong ?
If anyone knows tell me

BTW yesterday I added almost 4k+ through UPI and Rupay debit card to avail cashback offers

also maybe since you added through debit card and upi that may be the case
i added a total of 15k in 2 accounts and paid surcharges and got that much cashback in fuel wallet

I think it is 2.35% for CC. Once you transfer from wallet to bank, they increase this rate.

It depends on how many times wallet to bank transfer you do. Monthly up to 5k wallet to bank is okay afterwards rate will increase.

Do not initiate any wllet to bank at least for 3 months. charges will be normalized automatically.

Loading Uber through credit card working normally without any charges. Just loaded 1000 for wallet usage. This is for non rotators.

Used direct load yesterday for 15k with charges of 352/-
Amex gives rewards for wallet loading so far so good
