Chargeable credit card converted to LTF doesn't get frequent LE or Upgrade offer. Is it true?

I have some Chargeable credit cards which I have converted to LTF but compared to others i am not getting frequent LE or Upgrade offer. Anybody else thinking the same?

Not true , it all depend on spending and it entry level vs premium card and some other factor too like NRV if you have with the bank. It all data bank has of you with them to give you better LE so they can make money from you.
