Had earlier also used priority pass on delhi lounge in August last year, was not charged for it.

Just called them, they said that priority pass usage in india is chargable, have just mailed to infinia services for it. Waiting for the reply
Priority pass isn't supposed to be charged for infinia in India.
I use the priority pass in domestic airport, they tend to process and send you in a bit faster when they see a priority pass.

Swiped in Chennai in Jan, Chennai and Bangalore in Feb. No charges

Yes have mailed infinia services, let's see
Customer care clearly told me that all 4 Priority passes issued with all-- Infinia main card and 3 add on cards can be used in India without charge.

Also, all international airport lounges located within India are considered domestic lounges.
Because you are only outside India when you leave Indian Air space

Any possibility that the lounge put guests as non zero while swiping the card? The PP swipe machine has no. of guest input where they can enter > 0.
